This dynamic class blends classical dance technique with acrobatic elements to build strength, flexibility, balance, and control. Dancers will learn fundamental acrobatic skills such as rolls, handstands, bridges, and cartwheels, progressing to more advanced tricks as they grow. Each class includes a focused conditioning segment designed to safely develop core strength, joint stability, and muscular endurance — all essential for acrobatic success. Perfect for dancers who want to build powerful technique while learning fun, exciting tricks!
*Must be enrolled in a core combination class
Dancers should wear a one piece bike leotard or leotard, optional footless tights or bike shorts.
NO two piece outfits.
Bare feet and hair up at nape of neck.
