In this class we work on the fundamentals of ballet, tap and tumbling in a structured yet fun and imaginative monthly themed class. Here we begin with a fun warm up that includes cardio, body isolations and stretches on the floor. We continue on with ballet and tap . In each discipline we keep it fun and interesting by rotating each week through technique exercises, across the floor movements and creative dance. The last section of class is dedicated to basic tumbling skills on the mat
